Erin Luizzi Wallace joined the firm (and its predecessors) in 2005 and became a partner in December of 2013. Her practice is focused in all areas of family law, and includes mediation, the negotiation of agreements outside of court, and the litigation of domestic-relations proceedings, in particular for high-net-worth individuals facing complex family issues, as well as the drafting of prenuptial agreements. Erin is a Consilium Institute certified family law practitioner. She is also certified in divorce mediation and conciliation, as well as collaborative law.
Erin has received repeated recognition as a Massachusetts Rising Star in Boston Magazine’s Massachusetts Super Lawyers edition, as well as being recognized in Boston Magazine as a top female attorney in Massachusetts. She has also been recognized as a Massachusetts “Rising Star” in the New England Super Lawyers Edition.
Erin is a graduate of Boston College (BA magna cum laude, 2002) and received her law degree from Boston College Law School (JD cum laude, 2005). She was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2005 and has exclusively practiced family law since that time.
In 2006, Erin co-authored an article for the Boston Bar Journal entitled, “Betrayed by Your Beloved: Spousal Testimony Before the Grand Jury.”
