Glenn Schley joined Warner, Federico & Ryan, LLP as a Family Law Partner at the firm’s inception in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced for nearly two decades at prominent family law firms in Boston. Glenn is a trial attorney with a practice focused on all aspects of domestic relations and family law matters, including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity matters, alimony and child support, child custody and parental rights, removal of children from the Commonwealth, and the enforcement and modification of prior judgments. Glenn represents clients in all stages of litigation, mediation and conciliation. He focuses on developing strong relationships with clients by identifying their individual needs and aggressively defending their interests.
Glenn received his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, he was the Associate Managing Editor of the Suffolk Journal of High Technology Law. He is currently a member of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. Prior to entering private practice, he was a law clerk for the justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts, serving in Worcester, Middlesex, Bristol and Essex counties. He has co-authored chapters in Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s Divorce Law Practice Manual and Paternity and the Law of Parentage in Massachusetts.
Glenn has also been selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer, voted as a Rising Star specializing in Family Law as published in Boston Magazine.
