Kristin Youkana focuses the entirety of her practice in the area of domestic relations law. She has experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, paternity, child custody, support, modification, and contempt matters.
Kristin is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School, graduating summa cum laude. Beginning in law school, Kristin has devoted her career to representing clients in difficult family law cases, advocating for survivors of domestic violence in contested family law proceedings through the Family Advocacy Clinical Program. She is a member of various professional organizations, including the Greater Boston Family Law American Inn of Court.
Kristin has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for years 2020 through 2022. She volunteers her time to the ARC Program and is routinely appointed by the Probate and Family Court as counsel for children in contested custody cases in various counties throughout the state of Massachusetts.
Kristin published an article titled the Intersection of Immigration and Family Law in the Massachusetts Family Law Journal and co-authored a chapter for the MCLE Continuing Education Program in the Paternity and the Law of Parentage in Massachusetts publication.
